Alice has been a key part of bringing the Method Grid Academy to life. The Academy combines understanding and delivery to help enable an integrated learning approach within organisations. Specialising in building customised content quickly to enhance the learning experience. Alice's article discusses the 70/20/10 model, which is central to Learning and Development strategies. This model highlights that most learning happens on the job (70%), supplemented by mentoring and coaching (20%), and only a small fraction from traditional classroom training (10%).

We are now a week out from our GRIDtalk Live event held in London. This event brought to life the theme of Innovation in Capital Project Delivery through leading innovators and speakers from across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) and Professional Services (PS) sectors. The day was an opportunity for senior professional service leaders who are involved in complex capital project delivery to come together, share insights and engage in meaningful discussions and thought leadership. Launched earlier this year, Network Rail's Digital PACE framework integrates knowledge, experience and standards to help teams deliver work in a controlled environment successfully. This project is an excellent example of the collaborative potential when working with Method Grid.
